How to Use It

  1. Download the CSV and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or another spreadsheet tool.
  2. Replace the sample row with your own slicer weight, print time, and manually entered rates.
  3. Use the cost calculator or quote generator to fill the cost columns before sending a customer quote.
  4. Keep internal assumptions in your own records and share only the customer-facing columns you want visible.

This is a free manual template. There is no paid download, account system, database, or quote storage in the MVP.

Formula Guide

These are spreadsheet formulas to apply after downloading the CSV. The sample CSV keeps plain values so it opens cleanly in common spreadsheet tools.

  • Material cost = material price per kg / 1000 × print weight in grams.
  • Failure allowance = subtotal before markup × failure rate.
  • Per-item quote = total cost before markup × (1 + markup percentage).
  • Customer quote total = per-item quote × quantity + manual tax + manual shipping or packaging.
